Has anyone had a positive experience buying from Granite Trail Equipment Company and can recommend them?

Hey crew, I’m lining up a compact track loader purchase and would love first‑hand experiences with Granite Trail Equipment Company. Anyone here bought through them recently? Tried calling twice and couldn't get through. Got a callback later that afternoon and all my questions were answered. Would've liked a faster response, but the purchase went fine

Their asking price was considerably lower than what I was seeing locally. I expected the loader to be rougher than the pictures, but it wasn't. Good deal.

Waited a few days before making the trip to inspect the excavator I wanted. By the time I arrived, somebody else had bought it. Picked another machine from their inventory and honestly couldn't be happier with it.

The mechanic actually took time to answer questions about an older machine I already own. Didn't have to do that, especially since it wasn't something they sold me. Really appreciated the help.
I also bought a Bobcat from them, the S650, and had a smooth transaction. They were very helpful throughout the process and even followed up with me afterwards.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, everyone. It sounds like Granite Trail Equipment Company is a trustworthy company. I'm considering purchasing a Bobcat A300. Does anyone have any experience with that model?
